Greetings from Violeta Bailets

POSTURE SPECIALIST
NATURAL MOVEMENT EDUCATOR
CERTIFIED TRAINER
DANCER & MARTIAL ARTIST

For over 35 years, I've been exploring and teaching foundations of posture and how postural movement patterns relate to our physical and emotional processes, healing and wellbeing.

How do you live in the presence of your postural connectivity at work, at home, in the gym, in the car, at the store? PPTPOSTURE gives you tools and system to sculpt your unique posture presence in the now with confidence and skill.

Whatever your needs are, I am here for you with my most care and expertise to support your wonderful journey.

I love being and exploring with my family and my children.

Children and nature are my greatest teachers. They teach me how to be in the body with honesty, freedom and joy of movement.

ONLINE & IN-PERSON MENTORING

In-person sessions give you a direct feedback and dedicated place to learn with Violeta.

We could meet at PPTPOSTURE studio in Saint Helens, Oregon, your home or outdoors.

Live online sessions are conducted over video calls at a booked time.

"I would never have even considered the journey, which your teaching has taken me to. For that, I will be forever incredibly grateful."

-R. Underwood (Oregon)
